Freedom Studio has an evolved logo, and changes coming “under the hood” as well as on the site. A combination of creative lab, technical innovator, and change leader, Freedom Studio announces it’s new logo, and the promise of evolving changes in the coming weeks and months.

The web 2.0 rage on widgets, gadgets (and for the enterprise - portlets) continues to swell. These copy-and-paste/drag-and-drop components range from the simple to the complex.

You can copy a video to your site, or put a mini-dashboard together by assembling the parts you want to show. The appeal is the ability to have a shareable or reusable component that allows flexibility.

These components can connect you or your website to others, and can also function to keep you updated. When the component is put on another website, it can link or receive updates from your website. This activity boosts your traffic and your visibility. If you are using online and/or downloadable components, such as a Windows Vista widget, you can stay informed without having to go directly to the source of the information.
